Frequently Asked Questions

Is there any type of material that you cannot cut/engrave?

At this time, we are unable to handle clear or translucent acrylics or glass. Some colors of acrylics are a challenge and may not be available.

Do you print vinyl?

No. We use what is called DTF (Direct To Film). It uses colored textile ink onto a special film. The process uses white ink which allows use on darker material. We use an industrial CobraFlex Stealth machine for printing.

What type of material can you engrave or cut?

We can engrave (or cut) on over 500 types of materials. The most common are wood, leather, aluminum business cards, dog tags, metals, pencils, pens, and tumblers. We have even used our laser on canvas and jeans. Please reach out to us if you have something you would like engraved.

Can you do large orders?

Yes! And we also offer discounts for bulk orders.

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

Yes. Shipping varies depending on your quantity and items ordered. We do not deliver. Pickup is in St. Francis, MN.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We love custom orders. Charges may apply to create images from scratch.

What do you use to engrave (or cut)?

We have two xTool laser machines. Our S1 is a 40W diode laser cutter & engraver used on most materials except metal. Our F1 is a dual-laser engraver with 2W infrared (for metal materials) and 10W diode laser for cutting and engraving materials like wood, acrylic, leather, etc.
